You should apply for the Student Pass at higher learning institutions.
Institutions will apply on your behalf for the Student Pass to the Director of pas & permit division, Immigration Headquarters.
Immigration Department will notified through the education institution within one month of the application status.
You should start at least six months in advance to compile the necessary information and documentation.
