How to install new aircraft in FS2004/FSX:

Installing an aircraft is also somewhat difficult to do. Many web sites are now providing some exclusive aircraft for FS2004/FSX. But they are providing these to you as a ZIP formated file. So if you want to use that files first you have to extract that files. Then you will get some folder on the extracted folder. www.flightsim.com provide some files that doesn't contain AIR file on folder. but it is recommended to have an AIR file if you want to active your new aircraft. But www.fsdownload.com is such a site that they provide AIR file with every aircraft. Now the term is how you can install it. So simple. Copy that extraced folder which contains panel, texture, sound, air and model file to your FS2004/FSX aircraft folder. Remember if your main extracted folder contains gauge and effect folder you should copy the contents of that folders and should paste them in FS2004/FSX gauge and effect folder.

Now enter into flight simulator and you will get your aircraft in aircraft list.

Want a Real Ground Service?

Flight simulator 2004/FSX provides some special features for real ground service like animated door open, animated passenger receiver and many more services. But you will not get this opportunity without doing anything. But what you have to do? That is to change in your option panel.
You already have read about the installation of new aircraft. But every aircraft does not contain animation in its system. You should download only those aircraft which have some ground service pack mentioned on download panel.
But after downloading and successful installation of your aircraft you will not get the opportunity to receive ground service on the play......!!!!!!!! Here you should do something to get this service.
For getting this service you should first enter into FS main menu and should click on setting panel. Then click on Assignment(Main menu-Settings-Assignment).

Now set your own key assignment for "tail hook up and down" & for "wing fold/unfold". Now enter into the game with that aircraft which have such "ground service effect".Enjoy
