According to Us Weekly, Lady Gaga once again had heads turning Wednesday, when she showed up to a New York City club wearing nothing but a hair cape dress and fishnets.

Lady Gaga once told Rolling Stone, "When I wake up in the morning, I feel just like any other insecure 24-year-old girl, then I say, 'B----, you're Lady Gaga, you get up and walk the walk today.' "
